Guidelines
Welcome to Heidi's Gymnastics Philippians 4:13!
We are so glad you have chosen to be a part of Heidi's Gymnastics Philippians 4:13 Family! Below are guidelines to avoid confusion.
Guidelines:
- Tuition is due the 1st of each month.
- There will be a $15.00 late fee if tuition is not received on the 1st.
- The late fee increases to $20.00 if tuition is paid three days late.
- The late fee increases to $25 if paid one week late.
- If tuition and/or late fees are two weeks late we reserve the right to suspend your child, and your space may be given to
another student. Tuition and/or late fees will still be due for classes in which your child has already participated.
- You may pay tuition by the quarter (rather than monthly) and receive a $10.00 discount.
- Tuition and the yearly registration fee are non-refundable. This includes if you are asked to leave.
- If you stop classes for a month or more your space may be given to another student unless you continue payment to hold your
child's spot.
- If tuition is not received within the new tuition cycle your space may be given to another student.
- A written 30-day drop notice is required for membership cancellation. This notice must be hand-delivered in person at the gym to either Coach Heidi or Coach Savannah no later than the first day of the month. This must be a physical, signed paper document; digital methods such as text messages, social media DMs, or emails are not acceptable forms of cancellation. If notice is not received by the deadline, tuition for the following month will be charged.
- Tuition will not be pro-rated for vacations or missed classes. Exceptions may include medical reasons.
- Classes are not pro-rated for holidays and breaks. These are factored into the tuition cycles.
Monthly tuition is $105 and is based on the cost of our entire school-year program, divided into equal monthly payments for the convenience of our families. Our accountant carefully factors all scheduled holidays, seasonal breaks, and planned gym closures into the tuition amount before the monthly rate is established. Tuition is not calculated according to the exact number of classes that fall within each individual calendar month. Some months may contain fewer classes because of a scheduled holiday or break, while other months contain a fifth class at no additional charge. These longer months help balance the school-year calendar. Over the course of the year, families receive an average of four classes per month. Because all scheduled closures have already been considered when determining the $105 monthly tuition, tuition remains the same during months containing a holiday or planned closure. Credits, prorated tuition, and make-up classes are not provided for the scheduled dates listed on our school-year calendar.
Inclement Weather Closures
The safety of our gymnasts, families, and coaches will always come first. Occasionally, classes may need to be canceled because of snow, ice, severe storms, flooding, unsafe road conditions, or other weather-related circumstances. Because inclement weather is an act of nature and beyond the gym’s control, make-up classes, credits, and tuition adjustments will not be provided for weather-related closures. We understand that an unexpected cancellation may be disappointing, and every decision to close will be made thoughtfully and with everyone’s safety in mind.
Equal monthly tuition allows us to maintain each child’s reserved place in class, retain our coaching staff, provide consistent instruction, and meet the year-round expenses required to operate a safe and well-equipped gymnastics facility. We sincerely appreciate the understanding and support of our gymnastics families.

- Make up classes are offered in some circumstances as space permits, but are not guaranteed.
- Make up classes must be scheduled/approved by the director to ensure space is available. This is
to ensure student safety, avoid over crowding, and to ensure each child in class gets the time and attention we feel they deserve
at Heidi’s Gymnastics Philippians 4:13.
- If you have received permission for a make up class please reconfirm this the day before the scheduled make up class.
- Make up classes, space permitting, may be scheduled during the tuition cycle in which classes are missed.
- Make up classes, space permitting, may be scheduled in the following tuition cycle if the student is enrolled in the new session.
- Make up classes may not be accumulated. While we understand make up classes are sometimes needed, our classes tend to stay at
capacity, and we want to maintain proper class size/ratio to ensure each student gets the time and attention they deserve, as well
as avoid over crowding and maintaining student safety.
- Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot provide make-up classes for cancellations due to weather or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. Safety is our top priority. Thank you for your understanding.
